A Return and Refund policy usually consists of 

1. Custom-Made Products

All our products are custom-designed and manufactured as per customer specifications (size, design, material, finish).
❌ Returns or refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed and production has started 

2. Order Cancellation

• Order cancellation is allowed only before manufacturing begins.
• If the customer cancels the order after confirmation but before production, an administration/design charge may be deducted. 
• No cancellation is accepted once fabrication has started 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is found damaged or defective at the time of delivery:

• The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos of the damage must be shared for verification.
• After inspection, we may repair, replace the defective part, or take corrective action, depending on the issue.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

4. Color, Finish & Design Variation

Minor variations in:

• Color shade
• Finish
• Design details 

may occur due to lighting, polishing, or manufacturing processes. These variations do not qualify for return or refund.

5. Installation Issues

We are not responsible for damages caused due to:

• Improper handling after delivery
• Installation by third-party installers
• Structural or site-related issues

Such cases are not eligible for refund or return

6. Advance Payment & Refunds

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed. 
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within  7–10 working days via the original payment method

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to material availability, weather, or site conditions.
• Aryan Steel Art is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. 
• Any damage caused due to third-party installation or site issues is not our responsibility.
   

6. Warranty

• We provide warranty only on manufacturing defects, if applicable.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, natural wear & tear, or external factors.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

Aryan Steel Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws.
