Return and Refund Policy – Aryan Steel Art

At Aryan Steel Art, we are committed to providing high-quality stainless steel fabrication window door manufacture, gates, railings, steel doors, roofing, uPVC windows, aluminium windows, uPVC door, aluminium door, and interior design services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Terms of Return
Customers can request a return or report a problem within 48 hours of product delivery. After this period, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.

State of Return
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered. Custom-made or specially fabricated products may not be eligible for return once manufacturing has started.

Reasons for Return
Returns or replacement requests may be accepted in the following cases:

1. Product received in damaged condition
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Manufacturing defect in the product

Process for Return
To request a return or report an issue, please contact our customer service team. Customers may be required to share clear photos or videos of the product for verification. After inspection, our team will decide whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Change of mind after production has started
• Normal wear and tear
• ❌ Returns or refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed and production has started
