This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Returns
We accept returns for both:
- Defective Products
- Non-Defective Products
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Aryan Steel Art – return and refund policy
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the applicable return period, subject to product availability and inspection.
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, hardware, manuals, and related items must be included.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, installed, or modified after delivery.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return or exchange.
Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after the 10-day return period may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers should contact our support team before returning any product so that appropriate return instructions can be provided.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 17% restocking fee, calculated on the product price.
The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before the refund is processed.
Refund Processing Time
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
The actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact Aryan Steel Art as soon as possible with:

- Product photographs
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be approved in the following situations:
- Product is not in new condition.
- Product has been used, installed, modified, or altered.
- Product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper installation.
- Product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Return request is submitted after the 10-day return period.
- Product shows signs of wear and tear caused after delivery.
Inspection and Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by Aryan Steel Art. Approval of return and refund policy is determined after verification of the returned product’s condition and compliance with this policy.
Limitation of Liability
Aryan Steel Art reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.
